Our pricing varies by engagement type and the complexity of the work needed. In general, we try to bill on a flat rate per job, as opposed to hourly, however we’re open to all kinds of billing arrangements.

Personal tax return preparation (Form 1040)
Generally, our firm minimum for personal tax preparation is $1,000 and prices could be higher depending on complexity, planning sessions, supporting schedules, etc. Our goal is to provide a flat rate that is all inclusive of preparation, planning, quarterly estimates and strategy. We attempt to quote a flat rate so that our clients do not feel like they are “on the clock” each time they reach out with tax questions. Corporate tax return preparation (Form 1120, 1065, 1120S)
Generally, our firm minimum for corporate tax preparation is $2,000 and prices can be higher depending on complexity, planning sessions, bookkeeping clean up, adjustments, supporting schedules, etc. We handle tax compliance for a wide variety of companies. Consulting/Bookkeeping/Other Engagements
Besides tax preparation, we offer a wide variety of other services throughout the year. Generally we come up with a fee arrangement ahead of time with each client. We can work off of retainer, do a monthly flat rate, or bill hourly. Our hourly rates vary based on the professional working on the engagement but rates vary from $75-$450 per hour.
