Scott Gildea

As a counselor to individuals and companies ranging from sole proprietors to multinational corporations, Scott has developed and applied entrepreneurial insights and marketing expertise to the traditional standards of public accounting. He is known for his application of an aggressive approach to a thorough understanding of taxation, financial and audit matters relating to client concerns. Scott is the founding partner of Gildea & Ivanis LLP. His audit, tax and consulting experience come from many years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. During this tenure at PwC, his client responsibilities were concentrated in the entrepreneurial environment. Since founding Gildea & Ivanis, a significant investment of time has been devoted to the development of a larger practice committed to a value-added service provided to entrepreneurial, high net worth clients. Scott recieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Hofstra University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
